We arrange guided snowshoeing tours both daytime and evenings. Snowshoeing in the dark winter forest is a wonderful experience.
There are plenty of suitable places and routes for snowshoeing in the Paljakka area. Try climbing the summit of the Paljakanvaara hill or a lowland trek to a forest hut at Lake Rakennusjärvi. Please try also the new Scenic trail that takes you to the ancient, protected forest of Paljakka Strict Nature Reserve.
